IT Security & Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)
We are looking for an IT Security & Compliance Specialist (m/f/d) for a growing technology company in the field of artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will be eager to help build the entire security architecture from the ground up.
Your responsibilities
Endpoint and office IT management (e.g., device management, MDM, patch management, endpoint protection)
Ensuring secure onboarding and offboarding processes
Building and maintaining cloud security structures (access rights, network security, monitoring)
Supporting the implementation of compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2)
Collaborating with engineering teams to secure product and cloud infrastructure
Communicating with customers on security-related topics and creating security documentation
Your profile
A degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field
Experience with device management tools (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune, etc.)
Knowledge of cloud security (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Good knowledge of IT security frameworks and certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.)
Excellent communication skills – you can explain technical concepts clearly and understandably
Proactive, structured work style and hands-on mentality
Fluent German and English skills
